Lots of changes in the last 6 months..

Along with several autoimmune diseases...... becoming more complicated as I age. Also suffer. 24/7 back pain. Scoliosis/ Spinal Stenosis/ Bursitis both hips / Bulging disc Spondylitis/ had Lumbar Laminectomy..... no help... Hoping others are not dealing with the pain I endure...🌸

80 years and counting...

  1. Needed. Miracles....
    Now I have Rheumatoid arthritis
Seems all my autoimmune diseases are added pain....

    1. , arthritis is hard to deal with. Have you talked to your doctor about maybe a referral to a dietician, and an anti-inflammatory diet? We eat a lot of anti-inflammatory foods and it has helped me with my arthritis pain (neck, hands, wrists, knees, elbows).

Sending love and light for your miracle <3 - Warmly, Donna (Team Member)

  2. With Home Health Care for now
    Thanks for caring

    1. , I'm so glad to hear that you have Home Health Care - they can be incredibly helpful, especially when you are feeling a little lost. I know the HHC nurse helped me greatly with pain management after my amputation, and the pharmacy wouldn't fill my pain meds. I'm hoping you are getting the comfort and help that you need. - Warm (((hugs))), Donna (Team Member)

  3. Hi beautiful lady . That is a lot to deal with. I'm sorry to hear that your pain is not being controlled. What help are you in need of? In-home help, or help from your healthcare team? - Warmly, Team Member)
